All sales are final on opened media.
We accept returns only for defective or damaged items. If your record arrives damaged or unplayable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos/video of the issue.
If approved, we will

Minor sleeve wear or corner dings

All records are securely packed in proper LP mailers
Tracking is provided upon shipment
International Orders
Buyer is responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance fees
We do not pay or reimburse any international import or clearance charges under any circumstances
Refused packages due to unpaid fees will not be refunded
